The Ninth q-bio Summer School - Albuquerque: Lecture 19
From Q-bio
We will explore the information contained in single-cell fluctuations.
By integrating single-cell and single-molecule approaches with discrete stochastic models, we will make it possible to predict the statistics of gene regulatory mechanisms. We will examine some example gene regulatory networks in yeast, bacteria and human cells, both natural and synthetic.
