First q-bio Conference: Poster information

If you are making a poster presentation (whether accompanied by a poster spotlight or a contributed presentation or not), you have to adhere to the following instructions for poster preparation:

1. Find your poster number in the list of posters.
2. Note the date when your poster should be displayed.
3. After 6pm on the date of your poster presentation, you will be able to set up your poster in the poster room. Please find the poster board with the appropriate poster number.
4. Poster boards have portrait orientation, 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. It may be possible to set up a ladnscape poster as well, provided it is not too wide.

Notice that the poster presenters are expected to be at their posters 20:15-22:00 on the day of their presentation.
