- Understand and be able to formulate the stoichiometry matrix (S) for arbitrary chemical reaction processes.
- Understand and be able to formulate the propensity function vector (W) for arbitrary chemical reaction processes.
- Learn how to formulate and solve ordinary differential equation models for arbitrary chemical reaction networks.
