If you are interested in presenting a poster, poster spotlight (a poster with a 3-minute short talk to introduce the poster), or a 15-minute talk, please download the Abstract Template (docx) (LaTeX) to complete an Abstract Submission. Please saave it as a .pdf file and email it to us as instructed below.
DEADLINE
The deadline for abstract submissions is April 8, 2022 to be considered for a contributed talk or poster spotlight talk.
Late-Breaking abstracts can be considered for poster presentations until April 30, 2022.
SUBMISSION
To submit your abstract, please follow these three simple steps:
- Prepare your abstract with the (docx) (LaTeX) template and save it as LAST_FIRST_TYPE.pdf, where LAST is your last name, FIRST is your first name and TYPE is the type of abstract (i.e., talk, spotlight or poster),
- Complete the pre-registration form at: https://forms.gle/7zQhFc3kS187F6Ft7
POSTER FORMATTING
Posters should be 3 ft wide and 3 ft high (36″ X 36″)
SELECTION TIMELINE
The program committee will let you know by April 22 if you have been selected to give a poster or a talk.
If selected, you will need to complete registration by the May 15, 2022 deadline to attend and present.
REGISTRATION TIMELINE

Registration spots will be guaranteed for accepted presenters until May 12.
General registration will open May 12 for non-presenting attendees.
