Quantitative tools to study signaling and gene regulation in single cells.

Development of quantitative and predictive models require reproducible high quality data sets preferably in single cells. In this presentation I will compare different population and single cell experimental approaches how they can be use to generate high quality data set. I will also highlight their strength and weakness. Towards the end of the presentation I will outline new methodologies and current technical developments in this area of research.
