On weekdays, students and faculty staying on-campus in the Casas del Rio dormitory will have access to breakfast and dinner service in the La Posada Dining Hall. Dinner will not be available in the La Posada Dining Hall on Sunday, July 12. Instead, there will be a reception at the Faculty and Staff Club from 18:00-20:00. Pizza and drinks will be served at the reception. Breakfast will be available in the La Posada Dining Hall on Wednesday, July 29 (the day of departure for most students). All participants will be given LoboCa$h Cards upon arrival, which may be used to purchase lunch(es) in the Dining Area on Level 2 of the Student Union Building. Although LoboCa$h Cards are accepted at many on- and off-campus venues in addition to those in the Student Union Building, we strongly encourage students and faculty to congregate together on weekdays for lunch in the Dining Area, which is immediately below the school's main lecture hall (Lobo A & B) on Level 3. Please note that weekend meals will not be provided. If this policy is a burden, please inform the organizers. We anticipate that most students will be off-campus on weekends, taking advantage of the recreational opportunities available in the region. The LoboCa$h Cards that will be provided may be used to purchase meals at participating restaurants on weekends. More information about meals will be provided at Orientation on Monday, July 13.
