The Ninth q-bio Summer School - Albuquerque: Computer Lab 1
From Q-bio
R for Statistical Computing
This will be an informal introduction to R and its capabilities for statistical analyses, in particular for linear mixed-effects models. The session will be most suited for students unfamiliar (or beginners) with R.
Students should install R from the Comprehensive R Archive Network and a suitable editor, perhaps the most used these days is R Studio, which can be downloaded from the R Studio webpage. We will install the package nlme at the beginning of the session.
