Poster spotlight presentations will be strictly limited to a maximum of 5 minutes each. There will be no questions from the audience.
Please report to the chair of the session in which you are presenting at least 15 minutes before the start of the session and have your presentation ready on a USB drive to be loaded onto a single laptop that will be used for the presentations. We try to use a single laptop to reduce the amount of time during the transitions between speakers. If it is absolutely necessary for you to use your own laptop for the presentation, you may request that your laptop be used as the laptop for the spotlights.
