If you are making a poster presentation, please adhere to the following instructions:
- Find your poster number in the list of posters.
- Note the date when your poster should be displayed.
- You will be able to set up your poster in the appropriate poster room no later than 6 PM on the day of your presentation. Please find the poster board with the appropriate poster number.
- Poster boards are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide and double sided. We require all posters are no larger than 46X46 inches in order to fit in 2 posters on one side.
Poster presenters are expected to be at their posters 20:15-22:00 on the day of their presentation.
