Poster Preparation Instructions are Here

All students attending the q-bio Student Symposium are invited to present a poster. Posters will be set up in the morning of Aug. 5 and removed in the evening of Aug 6th.

All posters should be no larger than 46 inches wide and 46 inches tall.

Poster printing is available upon advance request. Please follow the guidance below for poster printing:

Posters should be emailed to cnls-posters@lanl.gov by 7/29 5pm.

Posters must be pre-sized (http://cnls.lanl.gov/External/poster_printing.php) and saved as .pdf files. (When saving as a .pdf, be sure to change both the image size and the paper size and double-check your document properties before sending it to us). The only size limitation we have is that one dimension must be smaller than 52 inches. The other dimension may be as long as you need since we print on a roll. We will have all posters delivered to St. John's College and make them available for picking up at 8/5 (Monday) at 9am. As time allows, we will cut your poster to size but this is not guaranteed. Be aware that your poster may still need to be trimmed.

Posters will be judged on the basis of significance and clarity of presentation.
