Introduction to BioNetGen

Step 1: Download BioNetGen/RuleBender here.

Windows users:

  1. Once you have downloaded RuleBender, try double-clicking the application inside the main folder. You may need to install Java Runtime library if you don't have it installed, which will be indicated by an error message.
  2. If you don't have Perl installed, download and install the ActivePerl distribution.
