Billing Information

• Hotel expenses will be paid directly by the students.
• Prior to check-in, all individuals will need to provide a valid credit card. Once their balance reaches $1000.00, the amount will automatically be billed to their credit card.
• If using debit cards, the full amount is charged at check-in and not upon departure. Therefore, necessary funds must be available in their account to guarantee check-in.
• If paying by check, the check must be received 7 days prior to arrival. Any check refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to process.
• Should students require special instructions for billing/invoices, this will need to be discussed and confirmed with the Homewood Suites staff prior to checking into the hotel.
• The Homewood Suites can provide invoices to the student institutions to help facilitate the processing of funds for reimbursements. This should be requested at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Homewood Suites is located on the Pueblo of Pojoaque just 12 minutes north of Santa Fe. Homewood has 81 suites nestled in the rolling hills of northern New Mexico. Room Descriptions

Every suite features a separate living and sleeping area and offers a fully-equipped kitchen, queen size sleeper sofa, two televisions, on-demand movies and complimentary high speed internet access. The one-bedroom suite offers approximately 650 square feet of living space while our two-bedroom suites feature 2 bathrooms and three televisions with approximately 850 square feet of living space.
