The conference hotel is the Ashley Hotel in Los Alamos, formerly the Los Alamos Inn.

CNLS is making hotel reservations for all summer school participants, and you should not contact the hotel directly. Since your accommodations are covered by the summer school registration fee, the room charges for your stay will be billed to CNLS directly. However, you will be responsible for any incidental expenses. Continental breakfast will be provided by the hotel.

• Some of the rooms may be double occupancy, single sex.
• If you have any specific requests about the choice of the roommate, please let us know.
• Some of the participants will have to change rooms during the stay.
• Some participants may get lucky and get single rooms for all or fraction of the school.
• You will be able to check into the hotel on 07/22 by providing your name and telling the clerk that you are participating in the school.
