If you are planning to present a poster at the q-bio Conference, then you should prepare your poster before arriving in Los Alamos. You can mail your poster to Kathie Womack, Mail Stop T001, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM 87545. If you make arrangements in advance, you *may* be able to print your poster at the Center for Nonlinear Studies in Los Alamos. In this case, you will be expected to print your poster shortly after you arrive. Contact William S. Hlavacek (wish@lanl.gov) for further details.
